What began as an investment gradually became a more personal project. Designed with Nanyang Oriental influences, the home features warm timber finishes, woven textures, and soft green tones that create a calm and familiar atmosphere. Natural light was also considered as a key element, adding warmth and depth throughout the space as it changes over the course of the day.

The dual-key layout was chosen for flexibility, allowing the home to function in different ways over time—whether as a private residence, a retreat, or a future multi-generational space. Envisioned as a place to eventually welcome her parents, the design reflects both practicality and long-term intention.
